To address voices like this, we spent 3 years visiting and interviewing 100 Hong Kong households, with one goal in mind:
to offer a delicious and healthy Japanese meal experience that doesn’t feel like work to prepare.
Chef Oisix was born through the collaboration of Japanese chefs based in Hong Kong and improvements to the best-selling Kit Oisix meal kit (with over 150 million meals sold in Japan).
Even in fast-paced Hong Kong, where kitchen space is small and time to cook is limited, we hope Chef Oisix brings you a new food lifestyle—where you can enjoy delicious and fun Japanese meals in just 10 minutes!
What is Chef Oisix?
Chef Tomiya uses exceptional culinary techniques to deliver the most authentic Japanese flavors in the most convenient and delicious way.
In accordance with Oisix's food safety standards, we use only high-quality ingredients with high traceability, and our products are additive-free and preservative-free.
All pre-processed ingredients and seasonings are included in one package, with bilingual Chinese-English instructions, making it easy to use regardless of cooking experience or even for maids.
No need to use a knife - just heat it in an air fryer/frying pan/pot/rice cooker, making it very convenient and easy to cook!
The packaging design is slim and easy to store without taking up space! It can be stored in the freezer for about 30 days, and once transferred from the freezer to the refrigerator, it can still be stored for about 5 days※. The storage method is very flexible!

Welcome to Oisix!
Oisix is a subscription delivery service brand for organic vegetables and meal kits that was established in Tokyo in 2000, and went public on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2013. We have a supply network of approximately 4,000 producers throughout Japan, and possess specialized knowledge in strict quality management and logistics operations, including maintaining freshness and product inspection. Leveraging this experience and expertise, Oisix has also been providing subscription home delivery services for Japanese food products in Hong Kong since 2009.
