Payments & Safety

Add your desired products to the "Shopping Cart" on the website and click the purchase confirmation button to complete your order.

After deciding on the products you need, select the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can freely change the quantity after adding items to your cart. If you have any questions, please contact us through the "Inquiry Form."

After selecting your desired products, please click the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the screen to view your cart page. After checking the displayed product details, please click either "View Cart" or "Checkout."

Follow the instructions on the page to register as a member/log in, confirm your name, address, phone number and other delivery information, then proceed with the ordering process.

Once you enter the order page, you can fill in your delivery and payment information.
※ Please carefully fill in your personal information to ensure smooth order confirmation and delivery completion.

Available payment methods include:
Credit card payment (Visa & Mastercard, UnionPay & QuickPass) or QR code payment (Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS, PayMe)

Important notes when filling in credit card information:
・Online payment may not be possible if your credit card company is unclear
・Please ensure that the credit card name, expiration date, and cardholder name are entered correctly

If your order is successful, the system will display an order completion page containing your order number.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.Please verify that your order details are correct.
We will notify you again by email once your products have been shipped.

Monday orders (before 2:00 PM) → Wednesday delivery
Tuesday orders (before 2:00 PM) → Thursday delivery
Wednesday orders (before 2:00 PM) → Friday delivery
Thursday orders (before 2:00 PM) → Saturday delivery
Friday orders (before 2:00 PM) → Sunday delivery

Before confirming payment, please note the following:
・Once your order is confirmed, the transaction will be completed immediately. Order details cannot be modified after payment. Please double-check that your order details are correct before making payment.
・Order cancellations will not be accepted after the order deadline.

All products sold on this website include individual product descriptions and storage or consumption precautions. Before selecting products, customers can click on individual product details to understand the characteristics of each product.

Due to seasonal climate effects and the perishable nature of fresh products, we generally recommend that customers consume and cook fresh products as soon as possible after receiving them.

If you cannot consume them immediately, please store fresh vegetables in the refrigerator or vegetable compartment.

■About Product Arrival Date Guarantee
Most products on this website are fresh products or processed goods that are handled immediately, so their guarantee period is shorter than products generally sold in the market.

Before selecting products, customers are kindly asked to consider and refer to the product arrival date guarantee period.

Different products have different arrival date guarantee periods. For accurate guarantee periods, please refer to each product's content information and the actual delivered products.

All products are shipped from Japan, and products with shorter guarantee periods are replaced with new batches the next day, so we cannot accurately confirm the latest best-by date for individual products. Please understand this.

■About the Calculation Method for Product Arrival Date Guarantee Period
As mentioned above, the arrival date guarantee periods provided for individual products on the website vary.

The website will use the expression "○○ days guarantee after arrival," and the calculation method is as follows:
Example: When a customer selects September 1st as the delivery date when placing an order (regardless of delivery time slot)
・Guarantee period is "1 day guarantee after arrival" (guaranteed on the day of receipt)
 The product's arrival date guarantee period will be at minimum September 1st, the day of receipt
・Guarantee period is "4 days guarantee after arrival"
 The product's arrival date guarantee period will be at minimum September 4th
・Guarantee period is "29 days guarantee after arrival"
 The product's arrival date guarantee period will be at minimum September 29th
※The arrival date guarantee stated on the webpage is the minimum period including the delivery date. The actual storage period of products may sometimes be longer, so please check after receiving the products before consuming.

Shipping &Delivery

You can specify one of the following delivery time slots when placing your order:

※Please always refer to the latest delivery dates available on our website. We cannot provide delivery dates earlier than those shown on the website.
※If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery dates may be postponed or suspended. We will contact you separately via email or SMS in such cases.

Customer orders will be arranged for delivery by SF Express (temperature-controlled delivery).
Due to flexible factors such as weekly order volume, customers will not be able to specify or request the use of any particular shipping company. We appreciate your understanding.

※The shipping company's tracking information will be displayed in the "Pre-delivery Notification" email sent the day before delivery. Customers can track their products using the order tracking number.

Please confirm the package tracking number for your order via email or text message, and contact the shipping company directly within 5 days to arrange a redelivery schedule.

If you are unable to receive the package within 5 days, we will consider it as abandoned/refused delivery and arrange for the goods to be returned to our warehouse.

Please note that orders that cannot be completed due to customer circumstances will not be eligible for refunds.

Delivery is limited to Hong Kong only, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories except for certain areas. Some remote areas may not have time slot options available or delivery service may not be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Express delivery service is not available for the following PO Box addresses, restricted areas and locations:
・Kowloon: Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Promenade, All Country Parks

Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$450 or more on our website. For orders under HK$450, an international shipping fee of HK$88 will be charged per order.

※ Shipping fees will be calculated for each individual order.
※ Even if multiple orders are placed to the same address, we are unable to combine packages for shipping. Please note this policy.

Delivery Service Area
Delivery is available within Hong Kong only, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (excluding certain areas). Some remote areas may not have time slot options available or may not be eligible for delivery service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

About Payment Methods

Chef Oisix accepts credit card and QR code payments.
Total payment = "Product price" + "Shipping fee"

Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS, PayMe

Payment Timing:
We charge your credit card when items ship. Your card company will deduct the amount on their billing date. Withdrawal dates vary by card company.

Credit Card Security:
All card numbers are encrypted and processed securely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for safe transactions.

Debit Cards:
For debit cards, payment is verified immediately after clicking "Pay" and funds are deducted from your account. Returns due to order issues may cause temporary double charges or delayed refunds. Contact your card company directly using the number on your card for refund details.

Receipts: We don't issue credit card receipts. Check your credit card statement for details. *To receive a receipt, use the URL in your shipping confirmation email. *Available only for "Shipped" orders.

Others

Products on this website may be unavailable due to supplier manufacturing delays or shipping issues. Items may also be damaged during transport or held for random inspection upon arrival, causing stock shortages. To minimize these issues, we will notify customers via email as soon as we learn of any shortages.

※Customers will be contacted by email once shortages are confirmed.
※Due to verification time required, notification emails may be sent after delivery.
※Refund method depends on payment method used. Refunds typically completed within 2 weeks. (Credit card refunds depend on bank processing dates)

Once orders are finalized, shipping details are locked and automatic dispatch begins in Japan. Order cancellations cannot be accepted afterward.

For urgent cancellation requests, contact customer service via the inquiry form before the order deadline. Late requests will not be accepted.

All purchases are processed immediately upon payment. Orders cannot be modified after payment completion. Please verify your order details before payment.
Order cancellation is not accepted after order cutoff.
For cancellations before cutoff or refunds due to out-of-stock items, refund method depends on your payment type. Refunds typically complete within 2 weeks. (Credit card refunds depend on bank processing dates)

About Cancellations, Returns, and Out of Stock Items

■Quality Issues with Delivered Products
For any product quality concerns, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery date via email with your registered email/phone number, order number, and product photos.
Without product photos, we cannot process your inquiry.

■Package not delivered on time
Items are stored in proper refrigeration during transport. Delivery may be affected by package volume or traffic conditions. We apologize for any delays or inconvenience.
After shipment, you'll receive a "tracking number." To check delivery status, contact the courier directly by phone or online using this number for real-time updates.
