- This popular Oisix dumpling is made with Japanese-sourced vegetables (cabbage, garlic), meat (pork, chicken), and wrappers crafted from Hokkaido wheat.
- Packed with juicy filling, these gyoza are generously sized and satisfying.
- The filling is centered around cabbage, pork, and chicken, seasoned lightly with sugar, soy sauce, and salt to create a slightly sweet and mild flavor.
- Pan-frying instructions:
【1】Heat a frying pan and arrange the gyoza.
※For cast iron pans, add a small amount of oil before cooking
【2】Add about 100cc of water (or hot water), cover with a lid, and steam-fry on high heat until the water evaporates.
※Adjust the water amount if cooking fewer than 8 pieces
【3】Once the water evaporates, drizzle a small amount of oil and cook until the bottoms turn golden brown
